The Park will have a tributary area of 12 million people and will include offices, laboratories and educational facilities, along with premises that play the role of “cradles” for start-up companies. Other areas of the scheme house residential developments, shopping, catering and leisure facilities, as well as a modern congress centre and a hotel complex. The design of recreational areas is part of the concept as well as architectural ambitious and functional buildings.

The location of the Park is easily accessible by public transport (trams and buses), a motorway access road is likely to be developed and the international airport is only four-kilometres away. The CEPIT scheme is divided into three phases, scheduled for a period of five years and it is hoped that the scheme will be able to offer 400,000 sq m for rent in total.
