  • BorderlandsBratislava Borderland Area
    With Slovakia’s recent accession to the Schengen area, Bratislava is getting new opportunities for the development of the city, which was restricted on political grounds to the Slovak side in the middle of the 20th century.

  • Petrzalka CityPetržalka City Project
    Petržalka City has all the hallmarks of a unique, large and conceptually innovative project. Its scale places it on the international scene, beyond the borders of Bratislava or even Slovakia.

  • Predstanicne namestieRegeneration of Central Railway Station Square Area
    Not only will the main bus station undergo a major overhaul, but so will the Central train station. This ambitious project will be carried out by the strong domestic construction-developer group I.P.R. Slovakia.

  • The PortThe Port
    The Port is a unique multipurpose project, the new urban district of Bratislava. With Lamačská Gate, the site was originally a north-western gateway to Bratislava and the project aims to continue this function.

  • South CityThe South City
    The residential project entitled III Towers will expand the current city centre. The three tall buildings will offer modern housing in the outer centre of Bratislava with excellent views of the city.

  • Twin CityTwin City - Regeneration of Bus Terminal Area
    Basically several metres from the Danube embankment there is another territory that will be subject to dramatic change. The locality at Mlynské Nivy will see it atmosphere transformed from what was once an industrial locality into the mixed-use development Twin City.
